Next, you’ll have a private consultation with a licensed acupuncturist, offering ample time to discuss your medical history, health goals, and treatment preferences. From there, your acupuncturist will design a customized acupuncture session tailored to your unique needs.
Acupuncture involves the insertion of ultra-fine needles into key points throughout the body to balance your energy, or qi. These needles remain in place for 20-30 minutes as your body begins its healing process. At ORA, we take a holistic approach, incorporating our signature ORA Method to optimize your well-being. Red Light Therapy, known for its ability to enhance relaxation, boost mood, and support cellular healing, complements acupuncture perfectly, while meditation further encourages a shift into the parasympathetic state.
Following your session, your acupuncturist will collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan, integrating the ORA Method into your routine for lasting health and well-being. They may also offer personalized recommendations on supplements, dietary guidance, and lifestyle adjustments tailored to your unique needs.
Your acupuncturist may suggest an add-on during your session, or you can select one in advance.
Cupping Add-On
Cupping boosts blood flow to specific muscle regions, easing pain and tension. Ideal for athletes or anyone experiencing localized muscle discomfort.
Gua Sha Add-On
Gua Sha promotes circulation and helps release stagnant qi. It’s perfect for relieving tension in overworked muscles, joint pain, or improving blood flow.
E-Stim Add-On
Electrical stimulation encourages blood and qi flow by causing a gentle muscle contraction. Ideal for muscle spasms, soreness, or psycho-emotional and cardiovascular concerns.
Each add on is $25 or you can choose a 25 minute massage for $90
