This 80-minute treatment is a hands-on, full-face release: your practitioner works the face, neck, décolleté, and scalp using sculpting facial massage, myofascial release, Japanese Korugi, and lymphatic drainage, all performed with their hands, no needles or machines involved. The goal is twofold: to release tight, restricted fascia that contributes to tension and asymmetry, and to lift and contour the face through targeted massage and lymphatic work. Expect firm, therapeutic pressure rather than a light spa touch; many patients describe it as relaxing and a little intense at the same time. You'll leave with visible de-puffing and contour, plus softer expression lines that come from having that tension worked out.
*You can receive the Myofascial Release Facial two weeks after Botox or fillers. Please inform your practitioner of the areas where you received injections. Blowouts are not recommended before your facial. While we avoid heavy oils, our treatments include neck, scalp, and hairline massage.
This treatment addresses the entire facial structure, including the neck, décolleté, and scalp, on the principle that true lift and release has to be approached holistically rather than by working the face alone. Techniques are deep and therapeutic rather than light-touch; expect firm pressure throughout.

Each session opens with a brief consultation so your practitioner understands your goals and any areas of concern, followed by a cleanse to prepare the skin. Unlike a traditional facial, this treatment does not include steam or extractions; the focus is entirely on hands-on massage and release work. From there, your practitioner works through a sequence of sculpting facial massage, myofascial release, Japanese Korugi, and lymphatic drainage across the face, neck, décolleté, and scalp.
This is deep, therapeutic bodywork, not a light spa touch, and it's normal to feel discomfort in the moment, especially through the jaw, neck, and any areas holding tension. Some patients also feel sore for a day or two afterward, similar to how a deep tissue body massage feels the next morning. That soreness is a sign the fascia and muscle are actually releasing, not a sign anything went wrong. The less tension you're holding, the less discomfort you'll feel, and you'll still get the same lifting and sculpting benefits either way; for most patients, soreness also eases with each additional treatment.
The treatment closes with a cool-down and hydration step to calm the skin. You'll leave with visible lift and de-puffing, and results continue to build over the following days as lymphatic drainage takes effect.
As with most therapeutic bodywork, results build with consistency. Your practitioner will recommend a personalized series based on your goals, and future sessions may be adjusted to focus on different areas as your face responds and your needs evolve. Perfect 2 days before a big event.
This facial is for you if you want visible anti-aging results without needles: lift, contour, and definition through deep tissue work rather than injectables. It's especially effective if you're starting to notice sagging along the jawline or neck, softening at the cheekbones, or the kind of asymmetry that comes with age and years of muscle tension.
It's also a strong fit if you carry tension in your jaw, neck, or scalp, whether that shows up as clenching, tightness, or tension headaches. Because the pressure is deep and you may feel sore for a day or two afterward, this treatment is best for patients who want real, lasting change and don't mind some discomfort to get there; it's less of a fit if you're looking for a purely relaxing, light-touch facial. It pairs well with Botox or filler maintenance (two weeks post-injection).
