Why we recommend using a gel based product with your LED Gua Sha:

Unlike traditional Gua Sha, which is often done with oil, the LED Gua Sha should be used with a gel-based product. Oils can block Red + Infrared Light Therapy from penetrating the skin, while gels allow the light to work effectively.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is processed and a tracking number has been generated, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

From that point forward, tracking and delivery status is in the hands of USPS. We kindly ask that you use your tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the USPS website at usps.com or via the USPS app.

Please note that once a package has been handed off to USPS and a tracking number has been issued, ORA Method is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or undelivered orders. Any issues regarding the status or delivery of your shipment will need to be addressed directly with USPS. They are best equipped to investigate and resolve any carrier-related concerns.

Returns

We are a small, independent business and deeply appreciate your support. Because of this, we are unable to offer cash refunds, but we are committed to making sure you feel taken care of.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on unopened, unused products only.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be applied toward online purchases or in-space services at any ORA Method location.

A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from the credit amount.
