"ORA, I love you so much I will be back. I'm a needle baby but this was so mild and then once they're in you don't feel them. You go over your symptoms or what you're been feeling with your acupuncturist before and then she put them in wherever needed so for example I did: anxiety, sleep, shoulder tightness, digestion and bloating, and dizziness and headaches. The red light and meditation combo along with the acupuncture was very very relaxing and I went closer to going to sleep which I liked because I went home sooo relaxed."
